The Main Process of Truck Scale

Truck scales, commonly known as floor scales, are the main weighing equipment used for bulk cargo measurement. Before the 1980s, the common truck scale was generally a mechanical truck scale with a purely mechanical structure using the lever principle, also known as a mechanical floor scale. In the mid-1980s, with the maturity of high-precision load cell technology, mechanical weighbridges were gradually replaced by electronic truck scales with high precision, good stability, and easy operation.

Electronic truck scales are weighed using the principle of electrical strain measurement. A strain gauge is attached to the elastic body of the load cell to form a Wheatstone bridge. At no load, the bridge is in equilibrium and the output is zero. When the elastic body is under load, each strain gauge will generate a strain proportional to the load, and the external load can be measured by the output voltage.

 

The main process of truck scale:

 

  1. The groove is pressed by the groove press, the groove shape is rounded, and there is no rigid right angle of 90 degrees, which is closer to the triangular structure.

 

  1. The U-shaped beam is cold-rolled with a steel plate not less than 6mm; the panel is a Q235 steel plate.

 

  1. The machining workshop is fully equipped, the accessories are produced by themselves, and the advantages of custom-made various structures are strong.

 

  1. The automatic welding machine is fully welded, and the oxygen inside the U-shaped beam is exhausted during the welding process, so that an inert environment is formed inside, to avoid internal corrosion.

 

  1. The middle seam welding of the plate is formed by orbital submerged arc welding groove welding, which is firm and beautiful without bubbles.

 

  1. Parts are welded by CO protection welding, and fully welded. The strength of the connector is high, and there is no fatigue deformation after long-term use.

 

  1. Sandblasting machines can remove the oxide layer and improve paint adhesion.

 

  1. The top of the scale table is sprayed twice and air-dried, with optional spraying, the paint does not fade, and the adhesion is strong.

 

  1. The surface of the scale body is consistent with the surface process, sandblasting and rust removal, water-based anti-rust primer, and topcoat twice. Structurally anti-rat bite design.

 

  1. The connection of the scale body adopts the lap joint of the meniscus structure, and the physical principle is automatically locked and adjusted. The connecting piece on the sensor (the cricket ball bowl) is firmly welded to the scale body.

 

  1. The position of the sensor is reasonable, the sensor is placed in the welding position, the lever effect is eliminated, and the sensor is evenly stressed under eccentric load.

 

  1. During factory inspection. The overload test is carried out on the concentrated load of the scale body. The deflection deformation of the scale body is less than 1mm for each additional 50t of weighing, and the scale body is not fatigued and deformed for 5 hours of continuous full weighing and rolling. The national standard 2-level weight of 200t can be used for in-factory calibration and on-site inspection and maintenance at the same time.

 

  1. Modular structure, on-site installation is simple and fast, and it can be used after installation.
