⑤ The grounding resistance of the grounding device is generally measured once every 1 to 3 years according to the local soil corrosion situation.
- Inspection items
①Check the contact performance of the grounding device of the 100-ton truck scale: Check whether the contact of each connection point is good and whether there is damage, breakage, or corrosion.
②Corrosion degree inspection of the grounding body in a corrosive environment: For soil areas containing heavy acid, alkali, salt, and other chemical components (generally chemical production enterprises, pharmaceutical production enterprises, and some food industry enterprises), the soil areas above 500mm below the ground should be inspected. ③ Grounding resistance inspection: It should be measured when the soil resistivity is high (usually before the rainy season), and the measurement results should be analyzed and compared with the original design requirements.
④After overhauling the load bearing of the 100-ton truck scale, check whether the connection of the grounding wire is firm and reliable.

Increase the total length of the grounding body or increase the number of vertical grounding bodies, replace the soil with low soil resistivity around the grounding body, such as yellow clay and black soil (soil resistivity is below 50Ωm), use chemical resistance reducing agents, and treat the grounding body, etc.
