After adjusting the level, it is fixed with bolts, which will not loosen after long-term use.
Truck scale sensor installation should be far away from high-power equipment
The output signal of the truck scale sensor is relatively weak, usually at the millivolt level, which is easily disturbed. When installing, try to cover the sensor, and choose a shielded twisted pair cable to transmit the output signal, and its performance will be better.
The truck scale sensor cable should avoid laying flat with the power cable
To avoid the interference of the truck scale sensor, the cable laying should avoid laying parallel to the power cable. When they are to be placed in parallel, the distance between them should be greater than 50 cm, and the signal cable should be protected by the professional casing.
How to use the electronic truck scale correctly?
- The weighing room of the electronic truck scale should be equipped with full-time personnel to operate and hold the qualification certificate.
- Weighing personnel should be familiar with the relevant knowledge of electronic truck scales and operate electronic truck scales correctly.
- The electronic truck scale should be used within the verification period.
- Before using the electronic truck scale, it should be preheated for about 30 minutes.
- Carefully check whether the instruments and components of the electronic truck scale are normal and intact, especially whether there are sundries stuck on the platform and other parts of the scale.
- The car should drive straight on the electronic truck scale at a speed of less than 5km/h and brake lightly; the car should be stopped at the center of the electronic truck scale as much as possible.
- After the car is stable, start reading the monitor and record or print it.
- It is strictly forbidden to overload the electronic truck scale.
- When not in use after weighing, turn off the electronic truck scale and cut off the power supply.
- Regularly clean the electronic truck scale, especially the items scattered on the scale should be cleaned up in time.
- If the electronic truck scale fails, it should be stopped immediately and reported to a professional for maintenance. It can only be used after verification.
